What I can make here, and what I will send somewhere else. I would rather have an honest conversation about what is possible than take on work another shop would do better: if injection moulding or a full machine shop is the right answer, I will tell you and point you at one.
Failure analysis and redesign
Send me the part that keeps breaking. You get an honest answer on why it failed, and a redesign that does not.
Replacement and obsolete parts
The part the manufacturer no longer sells, or wants too much for. Measured, modelled, made.
Jigs, fixtures and shop aids
The bracket, guide or holder that would make an operation repeatable, if it existed.
Low-volume production
Ten to a few hundred parts. The gap between a prototype and a mould that costs five figures.
Pointing you somewhere else
An honest conversation about what is possible. If a machine shop or a moulder is the right answer, I will find you one.
